Sliding Sunroof and Roller Sunblind Operation
Control Panel Operation
The sliding sunroof and roller sunblind are operated using control panel 1. The panorama roof with power tilt/sliding panel can only be operated when the roller sunblind is open.
- To open: swipe backwards across control panel 1 and hold.
- To close: swipe forwards across control panel 1 and hold.
- To raise or lower: press control panel 1 briefly.
- To start automatic operation: swipe forwards or backwards across control panel 1.
- To cancel automatic operation: press control panel 1 again. The process will stop.
Automatic Reversing Function of the Sliding Sunroof
If an obstacle obstructs the sliding sunroof during closing, it will automatically open again. This is only an aid and not a substitute for attentiveness.
WARNING: Risk of becoming trapped. The reversing function does not react to soft, light, thin objects (e.g., fingers), at the end of the closing process, or during resetting.
- During closing, ensure no body parts are in the closing area.
- If someone is trapped, release the control panel immediately or touch it during automatic closing to stop the process.

If an obstacle obstructs the roller sunblind during closing, it will open again automatically. This is only an aid and not a substitute for attentiveness.

Automatic Functions of the Sliding Sunroof

- WARNING: Risk of being trapped by automatic lowering. Ensure no body parts are in the sunroof's range of movement. If trapped, briefly push the button forwards or backwards.
Rectifying Problems with the Sliding Sunroof
WARNING: Risk of injury or fatality. If the sliding sunroof is closed immediately after being blocked or reset, it will close with maximum force.
- Ensure no body parts are in the closing area.
- If someone is trapped, release the control panel immediately or touch it during automatic closing to stop the process.
Obstruction During Closing

- If the sliding sunroof is obstructed and reopens slightly, swipe forwards across the control panel and hold until fully closed.
- If it happens again, repeat the step to close with increased force.
Resetting the Sliding Sunroof
- Vehicles without panorama roof: swipe forwards across the control panel and hold until fully open. Press and hold for 1 more second, then close.
- Vehicles with panorama roof: reset both sliding sunroof and roller sunblind. Swipe forwards and hold until fully closed, press and hold 1 second, repeat for roller sunblind, then use automatic ope
