Mobile Device Reminder Signal

Applies to: vehicles with Audi phone box

When the device reminder signal is activated, you will be notified if your mobile device remains in the Audi phone box when you leave the vehicle.

Requirement: The mobile device must be located in the Audi phone box if it is Qi-capable, or connected to the Audi music interface using a USB adapter. The Audi smartphone interface must be active, or an iPhone must be connected to the MMI via Bluetooth while charging through a USB adapter connected to the Audi music interface.

Activating the Reminder Signal

Applies to: MMI

Select SETTINGS on the home screen, then choose General followed by Reminder signal and mobile device charging.

Depending on vehicle equipment, the following settings may be available:

Signal tone or Off.

The spoken cue option is switched on at the factory.

Mobile Device Notes: Reminder and Charge Level

When this function is activated, the charge level of the mobile device is displayed. You will also receive a reminder not to forget your mobile device when leaving the vehicle.

Using the Telephone

Dialing a Phone Number

Requirement: A mobile device must be connected to the MMI.

Applies to: MMI

Select PHONE on the home screen. The center display will show the telephone selection menu.

Available Telephone Functions

Search, call list, favorites, contacts, voicemail, dial phone number, and switching between telephones are available depending on the connected device.

Managing Call Lists

Applies to: vehicles with telephone

Opening Call Lists Using the MMI

Select PHONE on the home screen and then choose Call list.

Opening Call Lists Using the Multifunction Steering Wheel

Select the Telephone tab in the instrument cluster, press the corresponding control button, and open the call list.
