Å KODA Connect Online Services

The availability, connection speed, and technology used in mobile networks may vary by country and network operator. Å KODA Connect online services are not included in the vehicle equipment and can be ordered separately via the Å KODA Connect Portal or application. Service availability depends on vehicle type, trim, Infotainment, and country. Legal rights and obligations are governed by a separate agreement. Current documents can be found on the Å KODA Connect Portal and application.

Websites

Information and Breakdown Calls

  • Information call: For online service issues or Å KODA product inquiries. Functional condition represents active services. Press the button to use.
  • Breakdown call: For vehicle breakdowns. Functional condition represents active services. Press the button to use.

Registration and Activation

  • User registration and activation are completed via the Portal or app.
  • Access your email for registration PIN.
  • Steps to activate:
    • Switch on ignition and Infotainment.
    • Tap Å KODA Connect (online services) → Registration.
    • Enter and confirm registration PIN.
    • Wait for completion message.
    • Confirm any on-screen messages.

Delete User

  • Switch on ignition and Infotainment.
  • Tap Å KODA Connect (online services) → Registration → Delete user.
  • Confirm deletion. Deleting the vehicle in the Portal also deletes the user in Infotainment.

Change User

  • Switch on ignition and Infotainment.
  • Tap Å KODA Connect (online services) → Registration → New owner.
  • Enter and confirm registration PIN for new user.
  • If necessary, confirm via Change main users.

Manage Online Services

  • View service information, license validity, and switch services on/off via Privacy settings → Manage services.
  • Tap service to view details and use checkbox to enable/disable.

Connection Status

  • A: Online services available; data connection icon may appear.
  • B: Online services not available.
  • C: Localisation services restricted or disabled.
  • D: Localisation services enabled.

Localisation Services

Required for full functionality of some services (last parking position, area notification, speed notification). Active services display a symbol in the status bar.

Private Mode

Disables services that send vehicle or personal data:

  • Tap Å KODA Connect (online services) → Services Management → Private mode.
  • Emergency call remains functional; information and breakdown calls are limited.

Care Connect

Disables services sending vehicle or personal data:

  • Tap Å KODA Connect (online services) → Services Management → Care Connect.
  • Emergency call remains functional; other functions are limited.

Switch Online Services On/Off

  • Can only be controlled by a Å KODA service partner.
  • Turning off disables all online services including emergency calls.
  • Service partner places a visible sticker in the vehicle while services are off.
  • Emergency, information, and breakdown calls are unavailable when services are off.

Infotainment Amundsen Overview

  • Touchscreen
  • Left rotary control: press to switch on/off, turn to adjust volume
  • Right rotary control: press to confirm menu item, turn to select/set value
  • Menus: Radio, Media, Phone, Voice Control, Navigation, SmartLink, Vehicle settings

MENU Menu

Contains all available Infotainment menus:

  • Tap icon to display menu
  • Graphic display type: Grid display or List

Restriction

Some functions cannot be operated while driving. System displays an on-screen message.
