Infotainment Keyboard
The arrangement of the keypad characters depends on the Infotainment language. Types used include:
- Alphanumeric
- Numeric
- Keypad for input
- Keypad for search
Keypad Example
A. Input line
- Delete characters before the cursor
- Tap: delete the last character
- Hold: delete all characters in sequence
- Show list of searched entries
B. Keypad functional surfaces
- Change to lowercase
- Switch to the first capital letter, followed by lowercase letters
- Switch to language keypad
- Switch to numeric and character keypad
- Show additional keypad languages
- Insert a space
- Hold: show additional character variants
- Move cursor left/right
- Confirm entered characters
Numeric Keypad Example
A. Input line
- Delete characters before the cursor
- Tap: delete the last character
- Hold: delete all characters
B. Keypad functional surfaces
- Confirm entered characters
If context-sensitive, alphanumeric characters can be entered by holding a functional surface with a digit.
Operation
The Infotainment keypad is used to enter letters, numbers, and characters. It automatically appears when prompted.
Find
During character input, a search for corresponding entries occurs, including diacritics. The keypad shows only matching characters.
- Tap to display searched entries
- Show additional languages by tapping the flag symbol until desired language appears
- Press and hold symbols for further variants
- Tap Additional keypad languages to set more languages
Voice Control
Functionality
Voice control works as a dialogue between user and Infotainment. The system executes commands or responds.
Operating Conditions
- Ignition switched on
- Infotainment switched on
- No telephone conversation via Infotainment
Operation Process
- Press button on multifunction steering wheel or tap icon
- Say a voice command
- During recognition, an icon is displayed
- After execution, voice control switches off
Correcting / Stopping Voice Control
- Press button and say new command to correct
- Move finger on screen or say “pause†to stop temporarily
- Press button or tap icon to resume
- Press button twice or say “cancel†to end voice control
Restrictions
- Some languages may not support voice control
- Cannot be used during phone calls

Radio
Overview
- Display main menu: tap icon
- Supports analogue and digital reception (FM/DAB/DAB+)
Controls
- Select frequency range
- Preset buttons for preferred stations

- Manual station search and station info display
Settings
- Digital reception in DAB/DAB+
- Filter FM stations alphabetically using RDS/AF
- Manual station list update
Operation
- Select station by tapping icons or rotary control
- SCAN function: plays receivable stations sequentially for a few seconds
- Manual search: tap, hold, or rotate control
Restrictions
- Reception may be limited by buildings, tunnels, or mountains
- Antennas in rear side windows; foil or metal coating may affect reception
- Å KODA assumes no responsibility for RDS service availability or correctness
Station Management
- Save current station as favourite by holding station key
- Save from list: hold line, tap preset button
- Delete favourites: tap Delete presets, delete one or all
- Button change variant: tap Arrow buttons, choose variant
Traffic Reception
- FM: Traffic program (TP) on/off
- DAB: Traffic Radio (TP) on/off; Advanced settings for DAB announcements
Station Logos
- Assign from external source (jpg, png, gif, bmp; max 500x500px)
- Tap Station logos → desired preset → select source → confirm
- Delete logos: tap preset → confirm, or All → confirm
- Automatic station logo assignment: Advanced settings → Autostore station logos
- Regional FM station logos: Advanced settings → Region for station logo → select country

- Radio text reception on/off
- Automatic frequency control (AF) on/off
- Automatic change to regionally linked FM station
- RDS on/off
- Additional DAB announcements on/off
