Headlights

Turn the headlight switch to turn the headlights and other exterior lights on or off. When the lights are turned on, the lights-on indicator light in the instrument cluster illuminates.

NOTE: To prevent discharging the battery, do not leave the lights on while the engine is off unless safety requires them.

Auto-light Control

When the headlight switch is in AUTO and the ignition is ON, the light sensor automatically turns the headlights and exterior lights on or off depending on ambient light.

CAUTION:
  • Do not cover the light sensor on the windscreen.
  • The light sensor also works with the auto-wiper system. Keep hands clear when ignition is ON.
NOTE:
  • Lights may not turn off immediately after exiting tunnels or dark areas.
  • Auto-light sensitivity can be adjusted via vehicle settings.

Headlight High-Low Beam

Move the lever forward for high beam and backward for low beam. The high-beam indicator light illuminates when activated.

Flashing the Headlights

With ignition ON, pull the lever fully toward you to flash the headlights. The high-beam indicator illuminates while flashing.

Coming Home Light

Pull the lever with ignition in ACC or OFF to illuminate the low-beam headlights temporarily. Lights turn off automatically after a set time once doors are closed.

NOTE:
  • Illumination duration can be adjusted in settings.
  • Lights turn off if the lever is pulled again.

Leaving Home Light

When the ignition is OFF and the headlight switch is in AUTO or another valid position, pressing the transmitter unlock button turns on:

  • Low beams
  • Position lights
  • Tail lights
  • Number plate lights

Lights turn off automatically after approximately 30 seconds.

Headlight Levelling

The headlight angle automatically adjusts based on passenger and cargo load. A warning will indicate system malfunction.

Running Lights

Running lights turn on automatically and can be deactivated through personalisation settings.


Turn and Lane-Change Signals

The ignition must be ON to use turn signals.

Direction Indicators

  • Move lever down for right turn.
  • Move lever up for left turn.
  • Signals self-cancel after turn.
NOTE:
  • If indicators remain on or flash abnormally, have the vehicle inspected.
  • Indicator sound volume can be adjusted via settings.

Lane-Change Signals

Move lever halfway and hold for lane change. It returns to OFF when released.

Three-Flash Turn Signal

Tapping the lever halfway triggers three flashes automatically. Can be enabled/disabled via personalisation settings.


Windscreen Wipers and Washer

The ignition must be ON to operate the wipers.

WARNING:
  • Use only windscreen washer fluid or plain water.
  • Use anti-freeze washer fluid in freezing weather.
NOTE: If wipers stop due to snow accumulation, turn them OFF and remove snow before reactivating.

Windscreen Wipers

  • OFF – Stop
  • AUTO – Auto control
  • LO – Low speed
  • HI – High speed

Auto-Wiper Control

In AUTO position, the rain sensor adjusts wiper speed automatically based on rainfall intensity.

  • Rotate switch upward (+) for higher sensitivity.
  • Rotate switch downward (−) for lower sensitivity.
CAUTION:
  • Do not cover the rain sensor.
  • Wipers may activate automatically when ignition is ON.
NOTE:
  • Auto-wipers may not function in extreme temperatures.
  • Strong light sources may trigger unintended operation.
  • Auto-wiper function can be disabled via settings.

Windscreen Washer

Pull the lever toward you to spray washer fluid. The wipers operate several times automatically.

NOTE:
  • Washer sprays while wipers move outward from stowed position.
  • If washer does not operate, check fluid level or consult a repairer.
