Door Locking Methods
Vehicle doors can be locked using the key fob lock button or the lock
switch located on the inner door panel.
Radio Frequency Regulatory Information
Regulatory information for radio frequency and radar devices is available
through the manufacturer services portal or companion apps.
Power Windows
- Driver panel controls all windows.
- Passenger doors have individual switches.
- Windows operate in ACC or RUN ignition modes.
Note:
Window switches remain active briefly after ignition OFF. Frequent use may
temporarily disable motors.
Warning:
Always ensure passengers and objects are clear when operating windows.
Never leave children unattended with a key fob inside the vehicle.
Auto Down Feature
- Press switch fully to auto-lower window.
- Press lightly for partial movement.
- Pull switch to stop movement.
Auto Up with Anti-Pinch
- Lift switch fully to auto-close window.
- Window reverses if obstruction is detected.
- Manual mode available for rough-road false triggers.
Warning:
Anti-pinch protection is reduced near full closure. Clear all objects.
Reset Auto Window Function
Fully close then fully open the window using the switch to recalibrate.
Opening Windows with Remote
With ignition OFF, press and hold the unlock button to open windows.
Rear Window & Sunshade Lockout
Driver lockout button disables rear window and sunshade controls.
Wind Buffeting
Pressure noise may occur with windows or sunroof open. Adjust openings to
minimize airflow turbulence.
Rear Door Power Sunshades
- Operated by rear window switches.
- Ignition must be ACC or RUN.
- Two detent switch positions allow partial/full motion.
Warning:
Keep hands clear to avoid pinching during sunshade movement.
Sunshade Teaching Cycle
After battery disconnection, perform a full up/down cycle to relearn
positions using rear controls.
Power Liftgate Operation
- Operated from interior console, remote, or exterior button.
- Must be in Park to activate interior control.
- Indicators show liftgate open status.
