Seat Adjustment and Comfort Features
Seat Forward/Rearward Adjustment
The seat can be adjusted both forward and rearward. Push seat switch 1 forward or rearward to move the seat. Release the switch when the desired position is reached.
Seat Up/Down Adjustment
The seat height can be adjusted upward or downward. Grip switch 1 from the back side and push it down or up. Release when the desired position is reached.
CAUTION: If the seat movement does not work, ensure the corresponding fuse is not tripped (see “Fuse Replacement” in Maintenance and Care).
Head Restraints Adjustment (Comfort Seat only)
Lift or lower the head restraints manually by pressing the lateral adjustment button.
NOTE: The optional Sport Seat does not include head restraint adjustment.
WARNING: Headrests must be positioned so their upper edge aligns with the top of the occupant’s head.
Seat Tilt Control (Up/Down)
The seat cushion angle can be adjusted in four directions. Pull upward or push the front of switch 1 to move the cushion. Release the switch once the desired position is reached.
Seat Back Tilt Control
Adjust the seatback angle by pushing switch 2 forward or rearward. Release the switch when the desired position is reached.
Power Lumbar Support
Push switch 3 forward or rearward to increase or decrease lumbar support. Move the switch upward or downward to raise or lower the lumbar support.
WARNING:
- Never adjust the seat while driving.
- Adjust seats before fastening seat belts and while parked.
- Do not ride with the seatback reclined away from your chest.
CAUTION: Do not place objects under a power seat or obstruct movement as this may damage seat controls.
Front Heated Seats
Front seats include heating elements in the cushion and seatback. Controls are available in the Climate screen of the MTC+ system.
WARNING:
- Use caution if you have reduced skin sensitivity.
- Avoid placing insulating items such as blankets on heated seats.
Front Seats Heat Function
- Engine must be running.
- Open the Climate screen on the MTC+ display.
- Select HI heating → LO heating → OFF by pressing the seat soft-key.
NOTE: Heat is noticeable within 2–5 minutes. HI automatically switches to LO after extended use.
Front Ventilated Seats (Optional)
Ventilated seats use internal fans to draw air through seat perforations to improve comfort in high temperatures.
Ventilated Seats Function
- Engine must be running.
- Open Climate screen.
- Select HI ventilation → LO ventilation → OFF using the seat soft-key.
Driver Memory Seat
This feature stores two memory profiles for seat position, mirrors, pedals (optional), steering column, and radio presets.
Memory Profile Setting
- Turn ignition to ACC or RUN.
- Adjust seat and related settings.
- Press SET (S) button.
- Press memory button 1 or 2 within 5 seconds.
Memory Recall
Press memory button 1 or 2 on the driver door or use the linked key fob transmitter to recall settings.
Easy Entry/Exit Driver Seat
The driver seat automatically moves rearward when ignition is turned off and returns when ignition is turned on.
Rear Seats
The rear seat accommodates three passengers and includes integrated restraint systems.
WARNING: Ensure all occupants are seated properly and wearing seat belts.
Rear Seat Folding Seatback
The 60/40 split rear seatback provides multiple recline positions controlled by levers on each side. Lift the lever and push the seatback to the desired position until it locks.
WARNING: Ensure the seatback is locked in position before driving.
