  • 2: Turns on headlamps along with parking lamps and instrument panel lights.

IntelliBeam System

If equipped, IntelliBeam automatically turns the high-beam headlamps on and off based on surrounding traffic.

High beams turn on when it is dark and no other traffic is detected. The IntelliBeam indicator light appears in the instrument cluster when enabled.

Enabling IntelliBeam

Press the b button on the turn signal lever when it is dark outside and the exterior lamp control is in AUTO or 2.

Driving with IntelliBeam

  • Automatically turns off when traffic or sufficient lighting is detected
  • May not operate correctly if lamps are blocked, weather is severe, or the windshield sensor is obstructed

Disable IntelliBeam if conditions prevent proper operation.

Adaptive Headlight System

If equipped, the Adaptive Headlight System uses high-beam LED segments to provide optimal nighttime lighting without glaring other road users.

Disable the system if sensors cannot properly detect other vehicles.

Exterior Lamps Off Reminder

If a door is open and the headlamps or parking lamps are manually turned on while the ignition is off, a reminder chime sounds.

Headlamp High / Low Beam Changer

Push the turn signal lever away to activate high beams. Push again or pull toward you to return to low beams.

The high-beam indicator illuminates when active.
